  • "Mother the car is here
    Somebody leave the light on
    Green limosine for the redhead
    Dancing, dancing girl
And when I dance for him
    Somebody leave the light on
Just in case I like the dancing
I can remember where I come from"
    ~ Tori Amos (from 'mother')

i went to my mum's for the day, and being that i'm leaving soon, it's worth the train ride just to go home for 8 or so hours. this coming week's work isn't looking so bad, just a lot of 24 hour duty days (like yesterday, wednesday, and sunday). but i'll be home for friday night. and as a reminder, i need to call the masl's and let them know that i'm leaving for deployement...

and during deployement - when i see 4 places of australia, indonesia, japan, etc (etc meaning whatever else the captain wants to see), well i'll be taking my digital camera and my regular camera. so it'll be more than likely that i'll be able to post some pictures of my 4+ month adventures. that and i'm taking my bycicle with me cause it'll be a lot less cheaper riding that bike most of the time at the ports, rather than spend so much on taxis.

  • Thanks for leaving the comment! You ahve a really sweet page. What do you do in the Navy?

  • something about picturing you boarding ship carrying your bike made me chuckle.

sounds like you're going to get a chance to get some nice pictures.

  • Sometimes you make me regret having been in the Army instead of being a Squid.  Sure,  I got to see some of Europe in my enlistment, but you are getting to see the WORLD!  I'm jealous.

  • honey if you love me is a game you play with a group of people. one person must either kneel in front of or sit on the lap of another person and say, "honey, if you love me, will you smile?" the other person must reply, without smiling, "honey, i love you, but i just won't smile." it gets very interesting when you do things to try to get people to smile. if the person smiles, you sit down in their seat and they go up to someone else and ask them the same thing. if the other person doesn't smile, then you go over to another person, in no particular order. you can play this w/ people of the same gender, it doesn't have to be boy/girl.
