  • at the base java net (on the base) right now, where you can play with these computers for free and spend about 5 bucks on their coffee. the place isn't that bad actually. and in a moment i'm about to see two movies with a friend of mine, at the base theatre... all of these things are for free. joy.


    work has been quite frustrating. last week we've been sanding the captain's boat, and then this week we learned that everything that we've sanded (and haven't) needs to be chipped off. so it feels like we've been going no where with this boat. but on a good side the engineers have finally taken the boat's engine out, and will hopefully put in the recycled but new engine in soon.


    so i'm off to see christmas with the kranks and national treasury. again.

    I spent so much time in Deck Department they thought I was actually assigned there! (I was an ABF in ‘side cleaners’ detail.) Glad to know that you feel the same what that I felt about the ‘needle gun’!
